    pass Belleview State Park [on right side]
    continue on Carr Road until 4-way traffic light intersection [Silverside Rd]
    make left onto Silverside Rd
    make 2nd right onto Prior Road [see sign to Top of the Hill Apartments]
    continue on Prior Rd for approx 1/4 mile.
    park close to the 1st set of  "garbage dumpsters - on left side of road"
    walk towards building # 2209, apartment A
